Rainbow Funfetti Cookie Baking Kit Recipe

Some extra ingredients you will need for this recipe are:
- 30ml Water
- 75g Margarine
Some utensils you may find helpful for this bake are:

- Wooden Spoon
- Mixing Bowl
Ready... Steady... BAKE!
Step 1. Preheat your oven to 190c.
Step 2. Combine the margarine with Mix A & mix for 3 minutes, until there are no large chunks of margarine.
Use the side of your bowl to break up the margarine. We recommend using a solid mixing spoon or wooden spoon for this step.
Step 3. Add 30 ml of water to your mix. Mix for 1 minute. Then add the contents of Mix B and mix for a further minute.
Your dough will not be a solid dough at this stage, do not worry!
Step 4. Gently form your mix into 6x135g balls.
You may find that some mix is left at the end, do not worry, the 135g is just a guide. Try not to squeeze the cookies too much, we want that lumpy texture of American Cookies when they are baked.
Step 5. Place your dough balls on a baking tray, use the greaseproof from your box for lining. Remember, your dough will spread, we recommend 3 per baking tray.
The lining in your box is professional grade greaseproof paper, this is perfect for baking and lining, this will make a delicious crisp base.
Step 6. Bake in the oven for 13 minutes.
Step 7. Allow to cool for 30 minutes, then, it’s time to tuck into your Rainbow Funfetti Cookies!
These cookies are suitable for freezing, so you can grab and go whenever you have that Cookie Monster craving! Just warm them in the microwave for 12 seconds.
